"Good experience overall"
I ordered a jacket from Goodhood and the delivery charge was a little more than I’d have liked, though it wasn’t anything outrageous. To be fair, it was shown clearly at checkout, so there wasn’t that awkward last-minute surprise. The parcel arrived quickly and the packaging was all fine. I’d shop with them again, especially if I was ordering enough to make the shipping feel a bit more worth it

I ended up ordering from Goodhood because the prices seemed reasonable compared to a few other sites I looked at. Not everything was the absolute cheapest, but for the brands and quality, it felt fair enough. Checkout was simple too, no weird extra charges suddenly showing up at the end, which I always appreciate. Shipping was about what I expected, nothing surprising there. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d buy from them again if the price is right

I’m not sure if I just got lucky with timing, but Goodhood had the trainers in stock when I couldn’t find them anywhere else. The size looked accurate on the site, checkout was straightforward, and the confirmation came through quickly. I haven’t had loads of experience with them, but based on this order, I’m happy.

I ordered a jacket and a few small bits from Goodhood Store, and the parcel turned up in a solid box that wasn’t all battered or crushed. Everything inside was wrapped neatly too, without loads of pointless extra plastic, which I appreciated. The tags and corners were all in good shape, which is something I always check for. It’s a simple thing, but it really does make a difference when it feels like someone packed your order with care. service like this is good to see, and I’d definitely not say no to a little store credit or some kind of thank-you for sharing the feedback.

"Nice place to browse for less obvious brands"
I ended up checking out Goodhood the other evening when I was meant to be doing something completely unrelated, and they’ve got a really solid mix of brands. There’s a lot on there that you don’t just see on every other online shop, which makes it a bit more fun to look through. I also came across a few smaller labels I hadn’t really paid attention to before, which was a nice surprise. Some of the prices are definitely on the higher side, so it’s not always the kind of place I’d impulse-buy from, but for browsing and finding something a bit different, I’d say it’s good.

I had to return something and thought it was going to be one of those drawn-out things, but it was painless. I didn’t have to chase anyone or deal with a bunch of back and forth. Got the email, and then the money showed up not long after. Made the whole return way less frustrating than I expected... I’d definitely shop there again after that.
